Stewart Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram wants everyone to be able to shop for a vehicle on stewartcdjr.app, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Our commitment

We are working to make this site conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities. We have reviewed the site's forms, images, and chat assistant against them, and we fix issues as we find them.

What we have done

  • Form fields have visible or screen-reader labels tied to the field, use the correct input types for phone and email so devices can autofill them, and announce errors and link them to the field they belong to.
  • Vehicle photos have text alternatives that name the vehicle; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Icon-only buttons, such as send, close, and photo thumbnails, have text labels for screen readers.
  • The AI assistant's replies are announced to screen readers as they arrive, and the assistant clearly identifies itself as automated.
  • Animations are reduced or turned off when your device's “reduce motion” setting is on.
  • Each page declares its language, and the site is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Tagalog.
  • Buttons, links, and form fields can be reached with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard. We are working on them:

  • There is no “skip to main content” link yet, so keyboard users must tab through the navigation on each page.
  • Vehicle photos come from dealer inventory feeds. Their text alternatives name the vehicle but do not describe each photo in detail.
  • Vehicle showcase videos do not have captions or audio descriptions.
  • The privacy policy, terms of use, and this statement are published in English only.
  • Some linked pages are run by others, such as the dealership's main website (where credit applications are completed), review sites, and maps. We do not control their accessibility.
