Information you give us

We only collect contact details when you choose to submit a form. Browsing inventory does not require an account and does not ask for your identity.

• Vehicle and finance inquiries: your name, phone number, optional email address, any message you write, and the vehicles you were looking at.
• Trade-in appraisals: the above, plus your vehicle's VIN, mileage, any notes you add, and the photos you upload (4 to 12 images).
• AI assistant: if you ask a specialist to follow up, the name and contact details you enter in that form.

Information collected automatically

• Standard web analytics: pages viewed and actions taken (for example, opening a price breakdown or starting a financing form). We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics for this.
• Marketing attribution: if you arrive from an ad, a search result, or a shared link, we store the campaign details in your own browser for up to 90 days so we know which channels are working. This stays on your device until you submit a form, at which point it is attached to your inquiry.
• Your preferred language, inferred from the version of the site you are reading, so we can follow up in that language.
• When you submit a form, the time of submission, your IP address, and your browser's user agent, kept as a record of the consent notice you were shown.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and help you find a vehicle.
• To prepare price and payment estimates you have asked for.
• To appraise a vehicle you want to trade or sell.
• To understand which marketing channels bring people to the site.
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed California dealers.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use a small number of service providers to operate the site, and they may only use what we send them to perform that service:

• Supabase — database and photo storage for inquiries and trade-in appraisals.
• Vercel — website hosting and page analytics.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
• Resend — sends your inquiry to the dealership as an email notification.
• Anthropic — processes AI assistant conversations to generate replies. Messages you type into the assistant are transmitted to this provider. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive details into the assistant.
• Stewart Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and its staff, who follow up with you directly.

How we contact you

If you give us your phone number, a member of the dealership may call or text you about your inquiry and related offers, and may use automated dialing or prerecorded messages to do so. Consent to those messages is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. If you give us an email address, we may email you for the same purposes; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries and trade-in appraisals, including uploaded photos: retained while we are working with you and afterward as business records.
• Marketing attribution stored in your browser: 90 days, after which it expires on its own. Clearing your browser's site data removes it immediately.
• AI assistant conversations: this website does not store them. They are transmitted to our AI provider to generate a reply and are subject to that provider's own retention.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request that we delete it, to request that we correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will ask for enough information to verify that the request is really yours.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Using advertising and analytics cookies can still count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and you have the right to opt out.

This site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically turn off analytics and advertising tags for your visit — you do not need to click anything, and no banner will interrupt you. Several browsers support GPC directly and others support it through a free extension.

You can also opt out by contacting us with the details below, and we will process the request manually.

Children

This site is intended for adults shopping for a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.

Language

This policy is published in English. If you would like it explained in Spanish, Chinese, or Tagalog, contact us and we will go through it with you in that language. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version governs.
