An informational site

The site helps you browse our inventory, estimate payments and trade-in values, and contact the dealership. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a specific vehicle at a specific price, and no purchase, lease, financing, or trade-in is completed on the site. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted, not an agreement to buy or sell.

Prices, availability, and vehicle information

• Prices, availability, incentives, and equipment are subject to change without notice, and every vehicle is subject to prior sale. A vehicle shown on the site may already be sold or on hold.
• Prices shown exclude taxes, government fees, and the other charges described in the pricing disclosures shown with them.
• Vehicle details, photos, and descriptions come from dealer inventory feeds and manufacturer data and may contain errors or omissions. Photos may not show the exact vehicle. Confirm equipment, condition, mileage, and history with the dealership before you buy.
• We are not responsible for typographical or data errors, and we may correct them at any time, including after you have submitted an inquiry.
• The final price and all terms of any purchase, lease, or trade-in are only those in the written contract you sign at the dealership. If anything on the site differs from that contract, the signed contract controls.

Estimates are not offers

• Payment calculators and payment estimates are for illustration only. They are not an offer of credit, a financing offer, or a quote for any specific vehicle. Your actual annual percentage rate, term, and payment depend on credit approval by a lender and on the final contract.
• Trade-in estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. Your final trade-in offer is made only after a short in-person inspection of the vehicle and a check of its title and any loan payoff, and it may differ from the estimate.

The AI shopping assistant

The site's chat assistant is an automated AI system, not a person. It can make mistakes, including about vehicles, features, availability, prices, and policies. Its answers are general information, not a promise or an offer, and they do not bind the dealership. A salesperson confirms prices and vehicle details. Please do not type Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive details into the assistant. Do not use the assistant for anything unlawful or to try to make it behave in ways it is not designed to.

Calls, text messages, and email

When you submit a form with your phone number, you agree to the contact notice shown directly above the submit button. It allows Stewart Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and its representatives to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages — about your inquiry and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts; for help, call us at the number below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Using the site

Intellectual property and trademarks

The site's content and design are protected by copyright and other laws. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and other vehicle names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we sell. Their use does not mean the owners sponsor or endorse this site. Other third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not control, such as the dealership's main website (where credit applications are completed), review sites, and maps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranty for the site

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California or federal consumer-protection law, or any warranty that comes with a vehicle you buy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes apply from the time they are posted.
